If you still have a problem well this is a tried and tested method...lay there with your eyes shut and as a thought comes into your head put it in a bubble and watch it float off..do this as each thought comes into your head....ok stop laughing...it does work!!

I had a major problem with this recently. I tried counting sheep. But I didn't see any in my bedroom and I can't count past 5 so it didn't help. I read something on the net about self hypnosis. It's not going to make you cluck like a chicken or anything. It's just a way to fully relax etc. Seemed to work for me. Give it a try and good luck :) more…
